Bought this product way back in October 2022 (3-pack screen protector). I am very careful with my phone although use it all the time. Thus despite all the effort during the years I dropped my phone really badly three times which caused cracks in the screen protectors, not the phone. I found my original packing to see if I could order the same product again. As you can find inside the pack that the seller promises a free lifetime replacement in case of damage (no questions asked!). I have contacted the seller and to be honest was quite skeptical that after more than 3 years anyone would even bother to reply, but true to their word the seller replied quickly and dispatched the new covers for my to receive before new year. I highly recommend these covers as they are easy to apply and highly durable. The customer service is was also fantastic. Will be definitely buying this seller's products for the newer version of IPhones.

Originally purchased in June 2020. Phone in use constantly since then. Dropped phone a couple of times recently which caused cracks in w of the corners. I found my original packing to see if I could order the same product again. Within the packaging the company stated that there was a free replacement in case of damage. I was quite sceptical after nearly 4 1/2 years but true to their word I have recently received my new covers. I highly recommend these covers as they are easy to apply and highly durable. The customer service is was also fantastic.

This product is satisfactory. When I have dropped my phone by mistake, the screen protector has cracked and so I have to change it regularly. What makes this product good is the lifetime guarantee on it and so it is worth it.
